Nothing in this Policy transfers ownership of MoniPilot's software, AI systems, algorithms, prompts, or proprietary technologies.

• third-party AI service interruptions.

This AI Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
